With some pre-selected ingredients and the help of nature’s own pantry, the teams must taste and season their own dishes that are cooked on a Trangia (outdoor kitchen equipment) or a “Murrika”. The dishes are judged on basis of three criteria’s; taste, creativity and appearance. The judge is our “gourmet guide” (or the teams that are participating), but everyone is a winner when the food is of course consumed after the assessment.
